Ordering
Many CUKATU shoes are crafted after you place your order. This allows us to maintain quality and avoid overproduction.
Order changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins.
Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled or modified, as your shoes are already being handcrafted.

Yes. Shoes may be tried indoors on a clean surface. Returns must show no outsole wear, heavy creasing, or damage and must include original packaging.

Exchanges & Sizing Issues

U.S. customers: CUKATU provides return shipping; customer pays shipping for replacement pair.
International customers: Customer pays shipping both ways and any customs fees.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection and approval of the return.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refund processing typically takes 7–10 business days, plus bank processing time.
Defects & Incorrect Items
Contact support within 3 days of delivery, including photos and order details. We will investigate and resolve through repair, replacement, or refund.
Manufacturing faults affecting structure or function qualify as defects. Natural leather variation and minor handmade differences do not.
